Everything AegisKeys sells is a digital licence. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no shipping cost, no waiting for a courier and no customs paperwork.
1. You place your order
Choose the edition, term and device count you need. Every listing states the licence type, the number of devices or users covered and the supported platforms before you reach the checkout.
2. Payment is confirmed
Checkout is encrypted and handled by Shopify Payments. As soon as the payment is authorised your order moves into fulfilment.
3. Your key arrives by email
You receive an email at the address used at checkout containing:
- Your licence key or redemption link
- The official download link for the software
- A step-by-step activation guide for your platform
- Your invoice
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes. Orders flagged for manual review — usually a mismatch between the billing details and the payment method — can take longer, and we will always email you if that happens.
If your email does not arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and search your mailbox for “AegisKeys”.
- Confirm the address you entered at checkout was correct.
- If it is still missing after 60 minutes, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Activation help
If a key will not activate, send us your order number and a screenshot of the error message. We will work through it with you. If the key genuinely cannot be made to work, you get a replacement or a refund.
