Shipping policy

1. Digital delivery only

Every product sold on aegiskeys.com is a software licence delivered electronically. Nothing is posted, couriered or shipped, so there are no shipping charges, customs duties or delivery addresses to provide. Aegis Strategies LLC delivers worldwide, wherever the licence in question is available for use.

2. Delivery time

  • Standard delivery: within minutes of your payment being confirmed, and in most cases in under 30 minutes.
  • Orders held for security review: up to 24 hours. A small number of orders are checked manually to protect customers against fraudulent card use. We email you if your order is being reviewed.
  • Bulk and multi-seat orders: up to 2 business days, confirmed by email at the time of order.

Delivery times are measured from the moment payment is authorised, not from the moment the order is placed.

3. What you receive

  • Your licence key or activation code.
  • A verified download link for the software, or the publisher’s official download page.
  • Step-by-step installation and activation instructions.
  • Your invoice and order reference.

4. How it is delivered

Your licence is sent to the email address entered at checkout and is also available from your order confirmation page. Please check that your email address is correct before completing your order — it is the single most common cause of a delivery that does not arrive.

5. If your order has not arrived

  1. Check your spam, junk, promotions and updates folders.
  2. Search your mailbox for “AegisKeys”.
  3. Add contact@aegiskeys.com to your safe-sender list.
  4. Still nothing after 2 hours? Email contact@aegiskeys.com with your order number, or call +1 (518) 872-8775. Our support runs 24 hours a day, and we will resend your licence, normally within one hour.

6. Wrong email address

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us with your order number and the correct address. Once we have confirmed that the order belongs to you, we will resend the licence at no cost.

7. Delivery costs and taxes

There is no delivery charge on any order. Because nothing is physically shipped, no import duties or customs fees apply. Any sales tax or VAT due is shown at checkout before you pay.
